Kalku Currency Converter — iOS and Android
Kalku Currency Converter is published by Kode Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Kalku is a currency converter and calculator. Exchange rates are drawn from a mix of market data sources chosen for coverage and reliability, refreshed periodically rather than streamed live, and are provided for informational purposes only. Do not rely on a rate shown in the app for a trade, a settlement, a regulatory filing, or any decision where an exact, real-time, or officially quoted figure is required. A rate you save as a manual override or in your conversion history is exactly that — a number you entered or chose to keep — and we make no claim about its accuracy going forward.
Currencies you create yourself, and any rate you attach to them, are entirely your own data. We do not verify or endorse anything you enter.
Some features — home-screen widgets, manual rate overrides, custom currencies, the rate chart, the portfolio, the Real Cost log, alternate rate sources, and tracking more than five currencies — require Kalku Pro, available as a Monthly or Annual subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
Kalku's recommended default rate is not published by any single company — it is computed by the app's own backend from a blend of independent market feeds, chosen and weighted the way it is specifically so that no single upstream vendor can be singled out as "the" source of a number you see. In the interest of transparency, and because two of our free data providers require it as a condition of their licence, the vendors behind that blend — and behind every alternate source offered in Settings — are credited here:
None of these providers endorses Kalku, and none is responsible for how a rate is displayed, rounded, blended, or acted on inside the app.
The app, and every rate it shows, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. A source can go stale, fail, or be temporarily unreachable — when that happens the app says so rather than substituting a different number, but it does not guarantee the feed will recover on any particular schedule.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any rate it displays — including a financial decision made using a converted amount, a manual override, or a saved portfolio position.
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
